In our commitment to reducing recidivism and empowering our participants to reintegrate into their communities successfully, The Shepherd’s Arm Reentry Support Program offers a range of wraparound services designed to support returning citizens. These services, administered during their critical post-release period (the first 48 hours), offer stabilization, career development, mental health support, family reunification, and long-term economic empowerment.
Overview:
This Program offers ongoing holistic support that fosters growth, healing, transformation, and accountability through faith-based and peer mentorship services, including:
- Career, Abilities, Life, and Social Skills Ministry (C.A.L.M.) for employment readiness and career development.
- Mental Health Ministry for individuals, families, and counseling services related to mental health and substance use.
- Living Free Life Coaching.

This intensive program equips returning citizens with the tools and confidence needed to successfully navigate reentry. Over five days, participants engage in job readiness training, financial literacy workshops, personal development sessions, and mentorship opportunities—all designed to build skills, strengthen self-awareness, and support long-term success.
