The Shepherd’s Arm mission, guided by compassion and collaboration, is to provide comprehensive, faith-based reentry services for individuals transitioning from incarceration and back into communities in Maryland.

We are dedicated to empowering returning citizens as they reestablish their lives and contribute to their communities. Through education, employment support, and mentorship, we provide pathways to success and lasting change.
